Flexible Pouches has the capability to produce any pouch, bag, or rollstock using plastic-free, fully compostable and biodegradable materials. Our custom biodegradable pouches are made using a two-layer structure consisting of natural kraft paper (your choice of brown or white) along with a heat sealable material known as Polylactic Acid (PLA). PLA is a biomaterial most commonly derived from the starches in either corn or sugarcane. Unlike conventional kraft-poly pouches, your art is directly printed onto the kraft paper giving the bag a more natural appearance.
Express your brand’s commitment to the environment by opting for recyclable packaging. Any pouch, bag, or rollstock can be constructed out of high barrier mono-material #4 recyclable film.
