Supplier Subscription Terms

Plans
Packaged Sustainable offers two supplier plans. The Basic plan is free. The Pro plan costs $50.00 USD per month.
Brands pay nothing
Searching, Smart Matching™, and submitting inquiries are free for brands. Only suppliers pay.
Billing
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe to Pro. You are then charged $50.00 USD on the same date each month until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement as PACKAGED SUSTAINABLE.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your welcome email and in the site footer. There is no contract, minimum term, or cancellation fee.
When you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your profile reverts to the Basic plan. Your account and the information you have entered are not deleted.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the period you have paid for. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact hello@packagedsustainable.com and we will put it right.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will email you and retry automatically over several days. If every retry fails, the subscription is cancelled and your profile reverts to Basic. You can resubscribe at any time.
Changes to pricing
We may change the price of the Pro plan. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to your subscription. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
What Pro includes
Unlimited sustainable solutions, inclusion in free search, priority in Smart Matching™, an enhanced supplier profile, direct contact buttons on your solutions and profile, and access to general inquiries. We may add to or adjust these features; we will not materially reduce what your plan includes without notice.
Your profile
After subscribing you complete your supplier profile through the sign-up form we link in your confirmation email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, and for holding any certifications you claim.
Suspension
We may suspend or end a supplier account that publishes false information, misrepresents certifications, or misuses inquiries from brands. Where we do, we will refund any unused portion of the current period.
