Dylign began with a packaging problem our founder, Qixuan Li, experienced firsthand. While exploring the launch of a chicken soup brand in Boston, he found that traditional suppliers expected small brands to commit to thousands of packages before they had the chance to test, learn and grow. Better-looking and more sustainable options often came with even higher costs, longer timelines and greater complexity.

After speaking with more than 400 suppliers and visiting production facilities across multiple cities, Qixuan built the packaging partner he wished he had as a founder: transparent, accessible and designed around the realities of growing brands.

Today, Dylign helps ecommerce, DTC, subscription and retail brands create custom printed mailer boxes starting from 100 units. Brands can choose custom dimensions, white or kraft E-flute corrugated board, inside and outside printing, custom inserts and a range of finishes. Our 3D design experience lets teams review their packaging, compare specifications and see the landed price before ordering. Custom samples and proof approval help confirm the fit, artwork and appearance before production.

For brands prioritizing recyclability, Dylign offers plastic-film-free configurations using varnished white SBS E-flute or uncoated kraft E-flute. These structures are widely recyclable when clean and dry, subject to local recycling acceptance.
