Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) Plastic: We manufacture thermoformed packaging using up to 100% post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR), primarily RPET. PCR materials are sourced from curbside collection programs, including PET beverage bottles, the leading input for PCR thermoform sheet. Our PET and RPET clamshells and trays are recyclable in over 60% of U.S. communities, making them a smart, sustainable choice for consumer, industrial, and medical applications. Post-Industrial Recycled (PIR) Plastic: Dordan also offers packaging made from post-industrial recycled plastic. We grind all in-house plastic scrap and return it to domestic suppliers for reprocessing into thermoform-grade sheet. This closed-loop system supports waste reduction and resource efficiency.
